This is known as the Meadow at Howe Park, this picture is featured on websites pertaining to the park. I would say that this image could be viewed as misrepresentation of the park. I do not believe the park looks like that.

Mapping it out

Howe Park bridge #3, only open access bridge at park. The Park has neglegted the other two other bridges within the park. this resulted in them being unsafe for use and fenced off.

Play this media file to hear the sounds of the park on a fall day, notice that there are sounds that are natural like birds, other animals, crunching of leaves, and wind. There is also a loud sound that is not natural and would not normally be heard in nature, can you guess what it is? I noticed this sound only after I heard the recording.

This is another image that is solicited for the park, notice the waters are clear and there is no debris. Very unlike the photos that I took at the park.
